The CHEMLAM series is the CHEM FAB value line of industrial laminates. CHEMLAM composites features uniform thickness, multi-layer cast PTFE films laminated to fiber glass reinforcements. CHEM FAB laminates outperform traditional PTFE-coated products of similar weight and thickness. PTFE caste barrier film surface, crack and pinhole free. It outperforms simple PTFE-coated materials; long-lasting release properties make cleaning easier; low wicking properties extend useful life. Uniform film thickness over entire surface. Lamination eliminates the possibility of thin spots found in coated materials, which often lead to their premature failure. High temperature fabrics- Designed for thermal cycling and harsh chemical applications, including cooking and plastic processing. FDA Compliant- Suitable for use in direct food contact applications under the applicable requirements of 21CFR177.1550. It is frequently used by the packaging industry as a release surface on heat sealers, blister formation and form-fill equipment where heavy production demands a product with more release surface material.
