Return Policy

Credits and exchanges will gladly be made within 14 days of purchase with the original sales invoice.  Any damaged goods must be reported to IT&S within 7 days of delivery. Merchandise must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging. Select items are non-returnable, including special orders, printed tapes, and custom-slit material. Defective items will be replaced with same items only. Upon return of merchandise, credit will be issued. Return freight is paid by customer unless goods are deemed defective.
