Tesa 52015 is a double-coated foam tape, designed specifically for mounting photopolymer plates in flexographic label printing. The medium-hard foam makes this ideal solution for printing combinations and solids. Highly compressible foam with superior recovery for great printing quality. It also has characteristics for high speed print runs and quick print prep, which reduces waste. It also has high bonding capabilities without adhesive residues. The PP-liner prevents the formation of air pockets when plate mounting.
Applications: designed specifically for mounting photopolymer plates with a thickness of 1.70mm (0.067") or 2.54mm (0.100") in flexographic label printing.
