Nashua 398 is a multi-purpose grade nuclear tape with clean release used in a broad range of applications. It has an excellent performance where high tensile is not critical. It meets the ANSI and NRC regulations. It features a high-quality polyethylene coated cloth. It conforms well to irregular surfaces and adheres to a wide variety of surfaces. 398 tears straight, hangs straight, is curl resistant, and has an easy unwind.
Colors: white, yellow, and silver.
Applications: Securing gloves to sleeves, and securing boots to pants. Color coding, and securing sheets to walls. Multiple uses on power plants and ships. Heavy duty packaging and bundling. Wrap pipe ends, duct sealing, and insulation.
