PG56 is a beige, high temperature medium crepe paper masking tape with pressure-sensitive natural rubber adhesive. Can withstand exposure to forced drying conditions up to 250°F (120°C) for 30 minutes with warm to hot removal recommended. Excellent quick stick and holding properties. Designed for applications requiring transfer resistance in conjunction with a variety of paints and surfaces. Special release coat provides an extra measure of moisture and solvent resistance. Not recommended for outdoor exposure.
Applications: Interior paint masking, spray painting (air-dry) autos, boats, etc., boat manufacturing (fiberglass), silk screening, mail rooms, marble manufacturing (man-made), golf club shaft (build-up), carpet pad / pad splicing, freezer tape, and light bundling, packaging, splicing and tabbing.
