Tesa 52338 Plate Mounting Tape
Tesa 52338 is designed for plate mounting in wide web flexographic printing, particularly for solid areas and line work. 52338 unwinds smoothly, despite its thickness, to ensure easy cylinder coverage. The high adhesion and good shear resistance of this tape ensures that there is no plate movement or edge lift problems even at high speeds and on extended print runs. Tesa 52338 is made to the tightest thickness tolerances to ensure accurate printing results.The embossed PP liner prevents the formation of air pockets when plate mounting. Tesa 52338 exhibits excellent resistance to all commonly used solvent systems used in flexographic printing.
Applications: The mounting of photopolymer plates in flexographic printing. Double liner version caters for particular mounting requirements
