Tesa 4964 Double-Sided Cloth Tape
Tesa 4964 consists of a tear resistant flexible fabric backing with a rubber adhesive system. The adhesive has a high coating weight, making it well suited for mounting applications on irregular surfaces. In most cases, Tesa 4964 can be removed without leaving adhesive residues from sound surfaces. Initial tests should be carried out before mounting 4964 on plasticised surfaces.
Applications: splicing of fabric webs, carpet laying, laminating of arch supports and heel protectors, and temporary fixation of parts on metal working equipment
