Polyken 296FR Flame Retardant Lightweight Fiberglass Cloth Tape
Polyken 296FR is a lightweight cargo compartment tape. It has a fiberglass cloth with flame retardant bromide-free acrylic adhesive system. Resists flame penetration. High tensile strength. Meets FAR 25.853(a) and FAR 25.855(d) regulations. Conforms to EU Directive 76/769/EEC regulations. Conformable backing accomodates angles and turns. Repositionable adhesive.
Applications: Cargo pit applications – seam sealing and repair of cargo compartment liners. For use on covering pins/rivets where high adhesion and flame resistance is critical.
