Intertape AC698 – Premium BOPP HVAC Film Tape
DESCRIPTION
Acrylic based pressure-sensitive adhesive combined with the conformability/flexibility of biaxially-oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film provides superior sealing, protective benefits, and ease of handling. Printed for easy identification/inspection and resistant to mold growth and high humidity. Designed and engineered for use on Class 1 flexible duct for permanent seaming and sealing to enhance appearance and provide barrier protection. All temperature rates, flame retardant, high shear, aggressive, and UV resistant. Superior bonding at sub-zero or at elevated temperatures. UV/temperature resistant acrylic adhesive combined with inorganic polypropylene film provides the longest lasting closure method.
PRODUCT APPLICATION
HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning) applications. Intended for use on UL listed flexible duct (or other) meeting UL-181 standards.
