3M 901 Repulpable Double-Coated Splicing Tape
3M™ Repulpable Tape 901 is a semi-bleached kraft paper coated with a light green repulpable adhesive. Sealed plastic bags assure product stability for consistent performance. Adhesion to paper increases after short dwell time. Totally repulpable tape construction so no need to remove splice from waste and prevents contamination of paper mill broke by non-repulpable splice material to help save labor and increase value of scrap. Heat-resistant adhesive that reduces splice failure due to high drying oven temperatures to help save money by reducing down time.
Applications: Tape down leading or trailing end of paper on an overlap splice such as that required on a web safety splice; Butt splice; paper mills and paper converters
