3M 5908 VHB Thin Foam Tape
3M™ VHB™ Thin Foam Tapes are thin foam tapes with pressure sensitive adhesive on both sides and are used for bonding a wide range of materials, including many paints and lower surface energy plastics in addition to metals and other plastics. The foam is conformable to increase contact with the surfaces. This tape is similar to other products in the 3M™ VHB™ Tape 5952 family except thickness. 5908 is a very conformable black, double-sided, pressure-sensitive, closed-cell acrylic foam tape with a PET film liner. It bonds high, medium, and medium/low surfae energy substrates. It provides handling convenience, cushioning, damping, and impact resistance.
