Tesa 50650 Polyester Silicone Masking Tape
Tesa 50650 is a blue, high-temperature tape featuring a polyester backing with a silicone adhesive. Tesa 50650 has a high temperature resistance – up to 220°C / 428°F (30 minutes), results in sharp paint edges, is very conformable to irregular shapes, and is removable without leaving residue.
Applications: holding layers of film and fabric in place during composite manufacturing process, masking during powder coating, temporary holding during bonding of various composite materials and /or metals, and protection and removal of excess epoxies in bonding applications
