3M R7369 Repulpable Splittable Flying Splice Tape
3M™ Repulpable Splittable Flying Splice Tapes R5348, R7359 and 7369 are repulpable double coated tapes laminated with easy-release split liners. Recommended for use with light to heavy weight papers on wide web rolls to help compensate for roll profile variations running at high speeds and high temperatures. High initial adhesion to newsprint, groundwood, paper, and other uncoated and coated sheets. Ideal for off-line splice preparations and subsequent roll storage. Tape separates easily and smoothly without delaminating substrates. Quick and easy application with no need for complex patterns and multiple tapes.
Applications: Splittable flying splice tape is ideal for high speed newspaper and offset printing; Flying splice for cold paper stock 40°F (4°C), near freezing temperature
