The product consists of abrasive particles bonded by a tough, durable polymer to aluminum foil. The reverse side is coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive covered by a removable protective liner. The product is designed to stretch and conform to irregular surfaces such as diamond plating or flat surfaces with rivets or screw heads, ladder rungs, etc. The aluminum backing conforms to corners, curves, and irregular surfaces like diamond plating, riveted plates and ladder rungs.
