3M 6142 Medium Duty Water Activated Paper Tape
3M™ Medium Duty Water Activated Paper Tape 6142 is used for box sealing and other packaging applications. This product has a paper backing and a gummed, high tack, water- activated, modified cornstarch based adhesive system.
Applications:
Semi-automatic application equipment is available. Application is most easily accomplished at room temperature. Once applied, the tape performs well throughout the normal temperature ranges typically encountered by packaged products in shipping and storage environments.
Features:
-Recommended for sealing light weight corrugated boxes.
-Used for two C clips on cartons – top and bottom.
-Works well on recycled cartons and non-unitized loads.
-Large 2″ core for less curl.
-Construction assures a reliable performance in a range of environments and applications.
-Tape is available in white and kraft.
