Tesa 52021 Softprint Steel Master Medium Foam Plate Mounting Tape
Tesa 52021 Softprint Steel Master is a double-coated foam tape, designed specifically for mounting thicker photopolymer plates in flexographic label printing. The medium foam makes this the ideal solution for printing screens, text, barcodes, and solids. Highly compressible foam with superior recovery for great printing quality. It also has characteristics for high speed print runs and quick print prep, which reduces waste. It also has high bonding capabilities without adhesive residues. The PP-liner prevents the formation of air pockets when plate mounting.
Applications: mounting thicker photopolymer plates of thickness and above in wide-web film and paper flexographic printing, on machines using steel cylinders or sleeves.
